Position: Field Operations Director
Location: Syracuse, NY
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple job sites (primarily asbestos abatement and demotion work) through coordination with Project Superintendents, Project Managers and/or job Supervisors.
- Take the responsibility for all manpower allocations, deliverables, milestones, deadlines, maintaining the project budget, paperwork, interface with the Customers, attend the relevant meetings, etc.
- Understand and coordinate with all parties as necessary, including but not limited to those named above and owners, union reps and other trades reps.
- Manage, and ensure compliance with all organizational information systems policies and procedures.
Travel: Extensive travel required to job site locations and elsewhere as needed
